Nicole Willis’s journey in the world of integrative medicine began from her earliest days, receiving her first chiropractic adjustment at just six days old. Growing up with a chiropractic AK practitioner who favored supplements over traditional medicine when ill, Nicole’s entire life has been deeply rooted in the integrative health industry. This early exposure not only shaped her personal health philosophy but also paved the way for her impressive career spanning over 16 years on the business side of integrative medicine. During this time, Nicole has honed her skills in various facets including sales, digital marketing, and the creation of custom-branded supplements and formulations, collaborating with industry giants such as Designs For Health, JJ Virgin, and Biotics Research.

Transitioning from broad industry roles to a more focused expertise, Nicole spent six significant years mentoring smaller brick-and-mortar practitioners. Her approach centered on demystifying the strategies of “the big guys,” making successful business models accessible and feasible for all. Her career trajectory took a pivotal turn when she assumed the role of Vice President at DesBio. Here, she leveraged her deep-rooted belief in treating more than just the physical aspects of disease—embracing the energetic, mental, and emotional dimensions of health. Under her leadership, DesBio experienced a notable transformation, rejuvenating a company with three decades in the business.

Beyond her professional prowess, Nicole is driven by a passion for authenticity, integrity, and creating mutually beneficial, ethical business solutions.
